Founded in 2025 by RJ Jaymalin, the club was built on a passion for youth development and a love for the game of basketball. Before establishing the club, RJ spent over 10 years coaching young athletes in the Philippines, helping them develop not only their basketball skills but also important values such as discipline, teamwork, respect, and perseverance. Drawing from his extensive coaching experience, he created the club to provide a positive and supportive environment where young players can grow both on and off the court. Since its founding, the club has been committed to fostering a strong basketball community centered on family values, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for the game.
Coach RJ loves working with youth because he believes that sports can have a lasting impact on a young person's life. For him, coaching is about much more than teaching basketball skills—it's about helping young athletes grow into confident, disciplined, and respectful individuals. Coach RJ considers the club to be more than just a basketball program—it is his family. He genuinely cares about each player and treats them like his own children, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and respected. His goal is to help every athlete reach their full potential, develop strong character, and build a lifelong love for the game while fostering lasting relationships both on and off the court.

The greatest reward for Coach RJ is seeing the growth and development of his players both on and off the court. He takes pride in watching young athletes gain confidence in themselves, improve their skills through hard work and dedication, and overcome challenges they once thought were impossible. Nothing makes him happier than seeing players believe in their abilities and carry that confidence into their everyday lives. Coach RJ also finds great fulfillment in helping youth become leaders, teaching them the importance of responsibility, teamwork, respect, and setting a positive example for others. Seeing his players grow into confident, hardworking, and compassionate individuals is what makes coaching so meaningful to him.
